The fact that I was passing for one night.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this property managed to do so.
Cockroaches in the room, wet carpet, questionable general conditions, and a hairdryer that exploded in my hand. It's not a metaphor, it really happened.
More than a hotel, it was a test of physical and mental resistance.
To further worsen the experience, there was an unprofessional and often rude staff, who showed little interest and no real willingness to find a solution when faced with the problems encountered. When a property presents such evident critical issues, the staff's attitude should make the difference. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened.
I would not recommend this property even for one night. Some problems can be forgiven, but when hygiene, safety, and respect for guests come into play, there are no excuses.
After years of motorcycle trips through different countries, staying in hotels of every category, this is undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
The only positive note is that the stay is over.

The view was splendid. The room was spacious.
The property was poorly maintained. Insufficient cleaning. No room cleaning service during the stay. Unhelpful staff, even when carrying bags alone. WiFi did not connect. The kettle was old and rusty, not clean. TV was not functional. Flickering light in the bathroom. Inadequate heating. Lacking ambient lighting. No food service or available water.
