NadiaI wasted my money and had a very negative experience with the hotel.

On the 1st day, they allocated us a substandard room claiming that another guest had overstayed in our booked room. We spent the night in an unsatisfactory room and couldn't sleep at all. The next day, we were moved to the correct room, but the air conditioning was not controllable, the bathroom flush was not working, and the fridge was leaking, causing water to spread all over the floor.
The breakfast was very poor. When I asked the staff for an alternative, she informed me there were no other choices. Furthermore, the restaurant was filled with bees, so I suggested having the breakfast in the room, but she refused. She was extremely impolite and had difficulty communicating in English.
I will avoid this hotel at all costs. I requested to speak with the manager or owner at the reception, and he mentioned that the manager would be available in the evening. However, the manager never appeared. The service was absolutely substandard.
