Perfect location.
There is no elevator, so it can be a bit uncomfortable to carry luggage upstairs. The reception guys were very friendly and helped us carry it up and down.

Everything else. Need a renovation immediately. Uncomfortable bed. Mosquitos.. was annoying to stay there
