I had a very pleasant stay at Duo Galata Hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I really appreciated that they upgraded my room to a bigger and better one with a beautiful view of Galata Tower, which made my stay even more special. They also helped me arrange a taxi to my next destination, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Istanbul.
