We arrived at the hotel and did not find our reservation at your location

The room was clean. It was nice to have tea on the terrace and watch the birds. It is located in a quiet area. The hallway is clean. Unfortunately, we arrived there at one in the morning, but they welcomed us kindly. Metro is a 15-minute walk away. Eating, clothes, shoes are cheaper. The police are always present, but only for security.
The fridge was dirty and smelly. (If it's not on, don't close it, it will get smelly!). The flush button was missing in the toilet, had to deal with a cockroach.
Not the hotel's fault, but it is located in a slightly scary place. It is rather modest and in a rundown environment, but the streets are clean, local eateries are cheap and delicious.
