The location of the hotel was very good and transportation was quite easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist working the day shift was extremely polite, professional, and attentive. He assisted us in every matter and made us feel very comfortable. We thank him again and send our regards.
Our room was not cleaned adequately and the balcony was dirty. In addition, the sound insulation of the rooms was quite poor. We could easily hear the conversations and almost everything the guests in the adjacent room were doing. This situation particularly negatively impacted our comfort at night. If improvements are made in terms of cleanliness and sound insulation, the hotel will provide a much higher quality stay experience.
