KhalidThe hotel owner Bilal and his staff, led by their experience, kindness, and humanitarian assistance, created an unforgettable experience.
The most beautiful location imaginable at the resort entrance, and the experience was even better with the hotel owner, Mr. Bilal, and the team from the very beginning of check-in with Mr. Emir, the time of check-in, then in the morning, I went down to inquire with the receptionist, Mr. Omar. The hotel owner, Mr. Bilal, was sitting in one of the chairs and overheard that I was inquiring about how to transfer luggage and family members to the entrance of Galata Port Marina in Istanbul to board the Arwiya cruise directly. He graciously invited me personally with his private car, carrying the luggage. Mr. Omar arrived with a wheelchair for one of my family members who couldn't walk. This was all free of charge. Truly, this type of hospitality and assistance is characterized by generosity and kindness. The situation transformed from a commercial management approach to a humane interaction. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart to Mr. Bilal and the hotel team, Omar, and all their colleagues. The hotel deserves all the praise as it is close to the site and the rooms are modern and well-organized. Personally, the assistance, support, welcoming, and hospitality made an unforgettable experience for me, remaining in memory for this generosity.

HebaThe hotel was very good. Aside from the loud music problem (which is not the hotel's problem) everything else is very good.
Location and view
The loud music at night from nearby restaurants that turn into night clubs at night. The music would stay on late at night making it difficult to sleep.
