That I got a few hours notice prior to booking that the hotel had been closed down. This caused distress as I was travelling in another country with my elderly mother.

We had a negative experience upon arrival. There was no power until 9:30 PM.

I like the location very much. It is near Cevahir mall and everything is available within a few minutes of walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
