Close to the metro, reception is open 24/7, WiFi available (though occasionally lagged)
There were small red ants found in the bed - unpleasant. It's good that we stayed only for one night.
The area itself is considered not very safe in Istanbul (Tarlabasi)
Upon check-out, we forgot our smartwatch in the room. As soon as it connected to the WiFi at the airport, we messaged the hotel, but did not receive a response. Apparently, they decided to keep it :/
I also want to mention that our room was located in a separate building, next to the reception. Suddenly, it was important to someone.

The staff were kind and polite. Everything I need, they prepare immediately. The apartment was so clean. All equipment were new. Outside the apartment was a closet that had everything you need like extra tissues, mineral water, hand washing liquid. Although the location was close to Taksim Square, the neighborhood was cozy and quiet. The person who was responsible for hosting the guests and replying on WhatsApp and mobile phone was very polite, responsive, and kind.
Everything was ok. There is nothing to complain.
