The hotel is in the heart of Galata and Karakoy, well connected to all means of transportation. There are two buildings, an ancient one where breakfast is served, and a more modern one. We stayed in the ancient building.
Breakfast is not buffet-style, but instead you can order a la carte. I had booked a room with a terrace, but (maybe due to my oversight) we had a small closed veranda with no option to open the windows. I also expected the room to be larger in size.
