The initial room provided was a bit small and differed from the one shown in the photos on Booking.com. However, the staff put in a lot of effort to accommodate our request for a room change the next day, after which we were extremely comfortable

Breakfast was satisfactory, offering many options. The beverage dispenser was excellent. Aileen, the receptionist, was exceptional, with proficient English skills, assisting us with Google Maps, providing directions to our desired destinations, and offering advice. She was extremely friendly and pleasant.
