LamaWorst stay ever
The location was very good.
This hotel is the biggest disappointment ever. They have 2 buildings, if you're booking a suite they will place you in the 2nd building which had no reception for 4 days straight. Every time you need something, you have to call the other hotel for assistance, but unfortunately, the telephone was broken most of the time. The AC was not working for 2 days and only offered help after I complained loudly. The towels were almost yellow and hardly clean. The room looks very different from the photos, the furniture is too old and poorly maintained. Also, the room turned out to be regular, not even a spacious suite as shown in the pictures.
