Clean room and very friendly staff
Air conditioning not working well and very hot in the room.
Room facing the loudspeaker through which prayers at night can be heard at a very high volume but it is part of their culture!

A very special thanks to Nuri, who works at the reception. From our arrival, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He was always available to help us and made us feel at home from the first to the last day.
We also want to thank the hotel managers for their great honesty. They noticed a small billing error and took the initiative to inform us, even though we had not noticed it. This is very uncommon behavior today and deserves to be recognized.
Finally, thank you very much for the lovely detail of decorating our room with rose petals, balloons, and other decorations to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Those little attentions made our trip even more special.
The hotel was perfect in every way. We leave with wonderful memories and will be delighted to return. Thanks to the whole team for their exceptional hospitality.
