The stairs leading to the apartment (3rd floor) are devilish both due to the dimensions of the steps and the lack of handrails, making them very difficult for elderly people.

Cozy apartments in the very historical center

The location of the apartments is very convenient, in the very historical center. Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, and Gülhane Park are just around the corner, Blue Mosque 5-7 minutes away. Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, Suleymaniye Mosque, Galata Bridge, Eminönü Port are within walking distance. Tram line nearby.

There are small grocery stores in the historical center, relatively close to Green and Migros Jet. Naturally, there are many cafes and souvenir shops around.

The host was very hospitable, promptly resolved all issues.

It would be nice to find a welcome bottle of drinking water upon check-in (it is not immediately clear where to buy it, especially in the evening when stores may be closed).

The air conditioner in the living room was not working. The light in the toilet is very dim.

The apartments are located in a pedestrian zone, the taxi stops are about 200 meters away, and the climb to the building is very steep, please consider this if you have heavy luggage. The proximity to mosques means that around half past five in the morning you will hear a very loud call to prayer.

Exceptional

Excellent location, clean, hot water was always available, had to wait a bit until it became hot, excellent internet, all dishes were provided. Plates, glasses, cups, forks, knives, spoons, frying pan, kettle. There was an older washing machine, but it was not working. Comfortable bed. Everything was great. Host was not seen. Sent an email with a code for the front door, code wifi. Only did not send the room number. The seller of the stalls nearby contacted the host and showed the room number. The room was open, key was in the door. Will recommend to everyone.

Dark in the bathroom. Mirror only in the bathroom above the sink.
