I went with high expectations - I booked for 6 nights and stayed for one. The room, according to the reservation, was luxury. I was given a temporary one. When I complained, they gave me another external one with the promise of a change the next day. The air conditioning did not work. The elevators: 1 was not working, the other was being used by staff who were emptying the hotel: beds, mattresses, furniture because they were about to close. Horrible experience
