The location is good and easily accessible to main places. The metro station is next to the hotel. Grata tower is at the main entrance.

The reception staff is cooperative.

There is a need to improve some facilities such as cleaning and corridor management. The quality of furniture needs to be changed.

Rooms should have some tea and water available.

They should provide phone extension numbers.
