HafizeDisappointing stay despite acceptable location
We stayed with the family in this hotel for two nights. The location was fine, but overall we were disappointed.
The rooms and especially the bathrooms were very small and tight. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the furnishings seemed rather basic and low quality overall. Upon our arrival, the windows and even the existing insect screens were open, so mosquitoes were in the room and we got bitten at night.
Particularly annoying was the parking situation. We had reserved and paid for two paid parking spaces via Booking.com. However, the hotel apparently only had two designated parking spots, which were occupied by other vehicles on the second night. Therefore, we had to park on a public street parking lot.
Also, the breakfast was very plain, unappealing, and overall disappointing for the price demanded. In retrospect, we would have preferred to book without breakfast and have breakfast outside the hotel.
