Only the location is good, but still not close to any public transportation.

The girl at the reception is also good, really kind and helpful.

As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed the dirty room, already used toilet paper, extremely dirty tiny balcony, smelly mini fridge with an aluminum food tray still inside. Cleaning is done every 3 days, as stated by them next to the doors; breakfast always the same with few things available and certainly items from previous days. We had to ask for another roll of toilet paper. The air conditioner is poorly positioned, and very old; nonexistent soundproofing; after the only cleaning received in 6 nights and 7 days, the bathroom was not even cleaned, just a quick sweep. Oh, I forgot, very very small room.

The city is beautiful, but what is not beautiful in the city

I contacted someone from booking support, explained that I would arrive at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, i.e. at 5 o'clock, the support from the app confirmed that they contacted the hotel and that an early check-in could be possible, or I could leave my luggage at the reception. This did not happen, I arrived there at 5 in the morning, the person at the reception was sleeping on a couch, I knocked on the door for him to open, he came out angry. I explained the situation and he replied that there were no rooms available. We were not allowed to leave our luggage, we stood in front of the hotel for 2 hours until 7 o'clock when a sanitation worker passed by and asked what we were doing there. He knocked on the door of the person at the reception and asked how it was possible to leave us standing in front of the hotel like that, only then were we allowed to leave our luggage inside.

They are not updated with the bookings made on booking, you arrive there and you don't know if you still have a booking or not, even though you pay

Very Good

Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to Sultanahmet and Ayasofya. Very good staff, always ready to help. Separate gratitude for assistance with a package - the employees even paid for its shipment. I recommend!

The only downside was that the room was a bit dark, as there was not enough natural lighting. Otherwise, everything was great.
