- Room service is excellent and the overall hotel services are outstanding.

- The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially the Guest Service staff Muhammed and Emre.

- Breakfast could be improved (fresh-made omelette is not included with breakfast; you need to pay separately).

- The location is a bit far from the central area (best option is to rent a vehicle).

Only the location is good, all other services are very bad.

Room cleanliness is poor, the carpet is worn out, the phone is not working, towels are old and torn, no toiletries provided in the rooms or bathroom, elevators are dirty, the carpet around the reception area is dirty.
