The apartment is very comfortable due to its location, maximum 2 km away from every monument or anything you may want to see. The Blue Mosque is a 2/3 minute walk, also Sultanahmet Square. The Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the underground cistern, all within a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet and not chaotic, in front there is a mosque where you can listen to the prayer at the right time, it's an incredible experience. You can see the sea from the balcony. Upstairs there is a shared terrace where you can see everything. The room was clean, but nothing that can't be solved. The owners are nice and above all they come to the rescue for any need. I recommend this property.
Well, the Turks smoke a lot, so expect to smell smoke everywhere.

Location is okay, but there are many better apartments around for the same price. What they gave me wasn't even an apartment. Communication with the owner was nonexistent.
Communication was terrible, the photos I saw did not match the room. I wanted to complain, but no one from management contacted me, only through messages justifying themselves when the photos did not match reality. I rented thinking it would be an apartment, but it was a tiny room where I couldn't even open my suitcases. A strong smell of tobacco, and lots of noise at night. Really terrible.
