We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Mr. Ramazan, who was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. He was always communicative, helpful, and polite, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel's location is excellent—very close to the main tourist attractions, the tram, the Grand Bazaar, and many other places of interest, making it easy to explore the city. We also really enjoyed the hammam, which was a wonderful experience.
Everything about our stay was amazing. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and at home. We truly appreciated your hospitality and would be delighted to stay here again.
