Very close to the promenade street and main attractions (from the side of the Galata Tower), but it was quiet; 4-bed room, bedroom with a bed and a living room with 2 sofas, a washing machine is available and working!, a hairdryer is provided, kitchen with everything necessary
Air conditioner only in the living room, a large piece of ice fell from it; large refrigerator, but we couldn't turn it on, asked the staff - nobody reacted; overall normal, if not nitpicking

The staff was impolite and racist towards Arabs, openly admitting it. On the last day, during check-out, they withheld our deposit for a broken item in the shower room. However, the item was already broken when we arrived, and we informed them about it. They acknowledged it, but on the last day, they accused us of breaking it. This has been the worst hotel experience of my life.
The services are very bad 👎, extremely bad. Avoid booking this hotel, as you will regret it.
Message for booking: Remove this hotel from your list. It does not meet any standards of decency and is not as described.
