GeorginaComfortable stay with pleasant views, although the overall quality was underwhelming.
Conveniently situated near the harbor. Room is spacious and comfortable, featuring two balconies with a sea view. Excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was good.
The receptionist was welcoming but lacked knowledge about the area and did not seem interested in helping us with basic information. The room was not cleaned, and we were informed afterward that we should have requested it specifically. The hotel has an adjoining restaurant where a noisy live music event took place on the terrace until midnight on the second night without prior warning.

Close proximity to the Ferry Port, waterfront promenades & easy to access downtown restaurants, cafes, markets & public transport. The staff at the hotel were friendly & always ready to offer assistance to enhance our stay. Continental Breakfast was excellent, many choices, fresh bread & great Turkish tea.
Only offered Turkish coffee - it would be nice to have a larger coffee selection like Americano, Cappuccino etc.
