Very Poor

Upon our arrival at the hotel, a different room was assigned to us without explanation. It was only after inspecting the room ourselves that we discovered the change. When we questioned the room assignment at the front desk, the staff member disclosed that we had been temporarily placed in a room until the one we had originally reserved was ready. However, this information was not relayed to us during check-in—we only learned about it after inquiring. If we hadn’t observed the change, we might have stayed in a standard room instead of the balcony room for which we had paid extra.

Afterward, we were relocated to the appropriate room but encountered a new issue: the bathroom sink was leaking, causing water to spill onto the floor every time we used the faucet.

In summary, the inadequate communication during check-in and the maintenance problems significantly diminished our overall satisfaction with our stay.

The view is superb from the beautiful balcony, but the rest is terrible. The air conditioner is old and doesn't work, no hot water in the showers and bathroom. Also, there is a bad smell coming from the toilet.

The wardrobe is broken in places and missing one or two doors. The ceiling is damaged in places. On top of that, there was nobody to show you to the room. They just give you the key and you have to figure out how to find the room.

And what else... Oh, the breakfast is poor. Just to get by, but the place where they serve you is (magnificent) right in front of the sea. The hotel has great potential if the people managing it know how to maintain it.

The hotel was not worth the money unfortunately.

Good location, staff was friendly

When I arrived, they tried to give me the economy room even though in my booking it said "Standard room". The economy room was nothing like the picture. There was no AC remote control, no safety deposit box and the toilet flush didn't work. Also my charger was just stuck in the socket, thankfully they were able to remove it. Then they upgraded me to the Standard room in which the refrigerator didn't work. I told them and they said the handyman was gonna come tomorrow. The day after they told me that the handyman needs a specific thing to fix it and he has to get it and that he will come back the day after. During my stay, the refrigerator never got fixed. Moreover, the lights were flickering because the light switches were (I think) almost broken and the wifi only worked well in the second floor (I was on the first floor). Furthermore, in the shower it took a long time to get warm. The breakfast was mid and the only pastry they had was so dry I needed to eat it with water to prevent choking on it. The room was only cleaned after asking, same with bringing toilet paper and towels. For 550€, I expected way better.
