Very Good host. 110 out of 100.
Saved me from a sleepless night in the heat from the neighbouring Asitane Life Hotel at early morning 4 am when I was due at 1 pm. The apartments are very nice, but please don't expect the quality of a Premier Inn UK or a Holiday Inn.
Please be aware that the public water system might run out due to maintenance.

Nothing. The host is dishonest.
The host received the booking payment but refused to let our group check-in. We had to pay the full amount without being able to check-in. When we tried to contact the host, he blocked our contact number. Afterwards, I contacted other guests with similar experiences, and they all had the same situation as us. When I sought help from booking.com, they shifted responsibility and claimed it was at the host's discretion. What's suspicious is that once the host confirms the booking, they don't allow cancellations and delay until the full amount is paid. Fortunately, a friend in Turkey helped our group find alternative, excellent accommodation. Guests report that the room is infested with ants and poorly cleaned. The host overcharges for unacceptable reasons. Not recommended for anyone.

- Very good cleanliness, the room is cleaned and towels are replaced every day
- Great contact with the owner via WhatsApp, allowed for a much earlier check-in
- Good restaurants open from 9 am with low prices
- Convenient location within walking distance of many attractions, room has air conditioning. A very good hotel for this price
