JulitaPeople working very nice and did their best but hire quality very bad , it’s not really a hotel more feels like Ari bnb
The people working were really nice but I hated that it was no room service
No room service , not a real hotel , not worth for the price in my opinion , no nice restaurant or lobby or rooftop or pool . I paid a lot of money but stayed in way better places for all inclusive before for less
