Dirty, unresponsive staff, overall bad experience

To be honest there were many aspects of this property that we were dissatisfied with. Primarily, the challenge we faced was in communicating with the staff. There was no response for a full 3 days, and when there finally was, it was late in the evening upon our arrival. Furthermore, they responded to my friend at the end of September, despite us having booked for the start of September... The property was unclean and outdated with peculiar stains and tears visible on the sheets, towels, curtains, and other items. The Wi-Fi functioned for a mere 10 minutes before ceasing to work entirely. While we anticipated a basic standard due to the bargain price, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The location was somewhat average, neither exceptional nor terrible. We rate this property a mediocre 4 out of 10 and are puzzled by its previously high ratings in August.

The location is ideal, the double room is practical with a child.

Very limited cleanliness: stains on sheets and towels, cleaning not done under the beds.

Curtains that only cover half of the window in the room. Glass window overlooking the corridor, so there's light all night.

No wifi or kettle as advertised.

Bed that seems broken: very saggy, a tile plank between the box spring and the mattress was barely holding it.

Security issue: the chandelier hanging above the bed fell in the middle of the night and broke into a thousand pieces, it was only held by pieces of tape! Staff's reaction was quite weak when explained to them; they just moved it to the corridor in front of the room, and obviously no commercial gesture.
