The location is very good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the main attractions. The host is friendly. Cleaning every day. The terrace is great!! It makes this room because the apartment itself is small. Maximum 3 people in my opinion. Wife and son slept in a separate room, I slept on the sofa in the common area. All in all, a very cool host. However, you shouldn't expect much luxury in terms of amenities, it adds to the adventure :)) I would definitely stay here again if the price was right...
This isn't a downside, it's a nuance. 3rd floor without an elevator, think about it...

The apartments are located in close proximity to the Blue Mosque and Sofia. Since we were only there for 2 days, it was very convenient. Furkan was always in touch, very polite and friendly. The apartments had everything necessary and even more. Daily cleaning. Spacious terrace.
It would be desirable for the terrace to be cleaned before the guests' arrival. There is a large amount of litter flying over the living area, which results in chairs and garden swings being dirty. We had to clean it up so we could use it. But the terrace is the highlight of this place.
