The Biter Hotel in Istanbul totally convinced me. The location is excellent, and the hotel's own parking lot is a big plus - especially in Istanbul.
The breakfast was outstanding and offered a wide selection of fresh dishes. In addition, guests had free access to tea, coffee, and water all day long.
Another highlight is the beautiful rooftop terrace with a great view. The entire staff was always very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The air conditioning and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.
From now on, the Biter Hotel is my favorite in Istanbul. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to everyone.

I purchased two double rooms and received two single rooms that are equipped with a double bed. I mention that the room received does not correspond to the one paid for. I wanted to discuss this issue with the hotel staff, at which point they became defensive and attacked me, saying that I was wrong.
The room I was accommodated in had a shower curtain with mold.
Furthermore, I mention that after reporting the above issues, some of the staff members adopted a disappointing attitude by not greeting or responding to the greetings addressed by us.
