Manager was super friendly and very helpful providing information
Room was clean however the bathroom is in need of some tlc but still usable

I enjoyed the location, the comfortable bed, and the helpful staff. This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance of major attractions, which is fantastic.
The shower didn't work on the first day, but the staff fixed it afterwards.

The location is unbeatable. Situated in Sultanhamet, you are less than 5 minutes away from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Gulhane Park, and all modes of public transportation to explore the city. It would be hard to find a more convenient location for first-time visitors staying just a few days.
The hotel is starting to show signs of aging. It is not messy, but it would benefit from a renovation. The air conditioning was not functioning in one room.
