Good place

The location is excellent, the accommodation is small but comfortable

There were no glasses

Beautiful just in pictures - disappointing in reality

The location is in a safe area and has access to public transportation

There is an area where you can prepare breakfast, coffee, fridge, microwave oven

- They forgot to send us the access code to the room. We had to call another BGuest location (found online) and find someone who understood English to get the access code even though the check-in time had passed. During this time, we were standing with our luggage in front of the building

- The next day a lady (seemed to be from housekeeping) appeared. We requested towels for 3 people (there were only 2 initially) and explained that the bathroom fan was not working, water was leaking under the shower cabin into the entire bathroom, and we had no TV signal. They somehow managed to make the TV functional by evening and provide an extra towel.

The bathroom fan and the water leaking on the floor were NOT fixed before departure (we stayed for 1 week)

- They do NOT answer phone calls. An alarm went off in the building, we called the numbers we found but no answer. After an hour, someone responded on WhatsApp (in English translated with Google Translate) and assured us not to worry as they were aware of the alarm and would resolve it. During this time of over 1 hour, we endured the alarm by calling.

- The studio was decently clean in the beginning but now almost everything is deteriorated. The bed mattress has uncomfortable springs, the sofa is 150 cm long (only suitable for a small child), there are issues with steam and water leaking from under the shower cabin in the bathroom, kitchen cupboards have fallen doors, the air conditioning is very noisy and emits a bad smell when turned on, etc. The noise during the night is probably normal considering it's a central / touristic area.

The location looks good in pictures but is a big disappointment in reality.

At the time of booking, we requested the issuance of an invoice.
