Poor service, booked a room, arrived on the day of Max Korzh's concert, in the morning talked about check-in with the hotel employee, said that you can check-in at 14, half an hour later they called and completely canceled the reservation, citing fire safety issues. Ruined the mood, did not help resolve the issue. You have to call Booking for a refund and find a hotel yourself.
The service is disgusting. I talked to them in Turkish asking for help, and the employee said they are in a difficult situation, and in general other guests understood their situation, but I have to look for accommodation now and budget for this accommodation plus deal with Booking independently, no one wanted to understand.

The light in the bathroom flickered, a pane of the shower was missing, but that is tolerable if you don't have too high demands
