The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful and clean.

There were ants in our room. And the pillows are a bit hard.

Exceptional

I had a great 7-night stay here as a solo female traveler.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer provided.

The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the Sultanahmet–Çemberlitaş tram station, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Great value for money—I would definitely stay here again.

Bed Bugs. my legs and arms got bitten by them while i slept.

Great Location, Friendly Host, Comfortable, Clean and Perfect for Exploring Istanbul

The room was satisfactory, equipped with good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a freezer, and it was clean.

We were accommodated in a lower-ground room, which surprisingly offered peaceful nights. We could enjoy undisturbed sleep every morning, even until noon.

While not luxurious, the room was cozy and ideal for our visit.

The hotel's location was exceptional, being a short walk away from most of the key attractions in Sultanahmet. It was also conveniently close to public transportation, facilitating exploration of other parts of Istanbul.

There were numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops just a stone's throw away, ensuring that finding food, coffee, or any essentials was never an issue.

The host was outstanding, checking in daily to ensure our satisfaction, offering room cleaning services, and asking if there was anything else he could assist us with. He was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay pleasant.

The only downside was the steepness of many streets in the area, which was unrelated to the hotel.

I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel, and upon my return to Istanbul, I would gladly choose to stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was ideal, with convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, and main tourist attractions.

What really made this stay unforgettable was the hotel proprietor. He is one of the kindest, most welcoming, and most generous individuals I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, he treated me like family, always ensuring I had everything I required. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and genuinely interested in ensuring my stay in Istanbul was enjoyable. His hospitality is truly exceptional and deserving of the highest commendation.

I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. If I come back to the city, I will unquestionably stay here again. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality and for making my trip so unforgettable!
