Great stay at the hotel and excellent service provided.

Attention! Fraud! I booked a hotel from 24.10.25 to 27.10.25 with full payment. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a room completely different from what I booked, the photos are different and the room and bathroom and kitchen, none of the amenities were as indicated in the description. Not only that, the room itself was dirty, cobwebs on the ceiling, the bed was dirty, the toilet without a cover, the whole place stank. The kitchen was awful, even tea tasted bad from that kettle. At night when it rained, the kitchen and the whole corridor were muddy. We stayed there for 1 night, since we checked in late and in the morning I asked for another room. I argued a lot, complained and they offered me an even worse room!!! When I offered to pay extra for a better room, they again promised to find one for tomorrow, so another night passed, and the next day they claimed to have no rooms available. We stayed there for 2 nights and left after 2 nights earlier than I paid, they simply refused to refund the money! This is just a scam!
How can such accommodation be on booking at all?!
