Exceptional

Accommodating, relaxing, safe, and with really kind and friendly staff

There was 24-hour security at the front desk who were friendly and accommodating. The location was very close to the Square and had everything you needed. It was really relaxing, with no one breathing down your neck. Additionally, the man in the gym is lovely and attends to all your needs. The spa and gym are truly first class.

Can't think of any faults! Some people mention the noise, but I quite like it. There is noise all over Istanbul, so it just feels like living in the city centre, which is comfortable. The noise is only at certain times of the day which doesn't affect your sleep at all. You can hear the prayers, which is probably the most beautiful thing you've ever heard. Absolutely no faults at all, and I'm British from the UK. The UK is safe and friendly.
