The hotel is very beautiful, a perfect family hotel. We always go to this hotel, primarily because of the manager, Ms. Filiz, who is a wonderful woman. The staff are very friendly, and also the receptionists Ali, Oktay, and Ruslan are very good. They always help in every way. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it from the heart.
