Decent, but not comfortable, since too many things were left broken.

Good location

Many things were not working, the AC remote, the safe, the window handle was broken and the shower holder as well. The last night I had no electricity in the room.

Exceptional

The location is excellent, with many great cafés, restaurants, and shops all nearby.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception team was always available, friendly, and very helpful with any questions I had. They responded quickly to all my inquiries, which made everything easy and comfortable.

The hotel has a lift, which is very convenient, and they can provide useful facilities like an iron and a washing machine. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there is parking right next to it, which makes things very simple.

The room was comfortable, with a cosy bed, a window, and nice natural light. Overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay.

Nothing major. The only issue was that during the night the lighting inside the room should be brighter.
