We liked the size of the apartment, cleanliness and the fact that it's new. The staff working at reception are very helpful and kind. Safety is high because of the residential area Florya, it's a family district in fact. There is a beautiful park with sea view nearby.

The apartment is in a good location. A beautiful mosque is nearby. The pool is clean. The owner is very kind.
The bed in the bedroom is old and very soft. Too much chlorine is put in the pool, which stings the eyes and leaves a very unpleasant feeling while bathing.
