First of all, this place was not clean at all. The staff were sitting around and not doing anything. I was placed on the third floor where people were smoking. I tried to open the window to get some fresh air. The window was almost falling out, but thankfully, I have strong hands so I was able to hold it in place. The staff were not very helpful or approachable. They did not follow up to see if I needed anything or offer assistance. I ended up using the same towel for almost a week. They only provided me with two towels, not even an extra one for my face on the last day. When I asked someone to clean my room, the person who came didn't clean it properly. The location was okay, close to Taxi Square, but everything else was disappointing. The breakfast was terrible - a tomato that was probably cut the night before, a not-so-fresh cucumber, a boiled egg, and some bread. What kind of breakfast is that? Very poor and unsatisfactory. The coffee was like pure water, and even the kitchen where you sit was not clean and had a bad smell. The lack of cleanliness was a major issue for me.

Nothing, the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life. The receptionist's service was so bad that we canceled our stay, losing what we had paid. The entrance smelled of tobacco. The other guests at the reception were complaining about how dirty the rooms were and asking for them to be cleaned and bedsheets and towels to be changed. THE WORST PLACE TO STAY, without a doubt.
