KhaledVery bad experience and scam
I think they are fake or it's a hotel for scams and fraud, which is very strange on an app like Booking! I paid the full amount to book 5 nights and didn't even enter for one night.. The hotel is closed, and no one answers calls, messages, WhatsApp, or even messages within the Booking app! Moreover, it's not a hotel, it's an old building, looks very weird, and no one enters or exits it! Until now, I haven't received a refund for the booking amount.
