The bed was comfortable
I have to make a list:
The receptionist took a long time to check in
The room they gave me did not have wifi
They did not give me a solution for it
The included breakfast was in another place, they should specify
The reception staff was very unfriendly
The shower had no door
The television was for decoration as the cables did not work
I could go on but I think it's enough

Bed sheet was dirty, room very small, very noisy from outside, bathroom not so clean
