GeorgianaA clean hotel with very welcoming staff, in an excellent location for visiting the main attractions in Istanbul.
I was very pleased with the stay. The staff was extremely kind and hospitable, and upon arrival they helped us with our luggage, which was a gesture highly appreciated. The room was clean, the bed linen impeccable and with a pleasant scent. The hotel is very well positioned, about a 15-minute walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. Also, the Sultanahmet tram station is very close, providing quick access to the Grand Bazaar and other important areas of the city. I recommend using public transportation as it is slightly cheaper than taking a taxi.
The only aspect I didn't like was the shower cabin in the bathroom, which is quite narrow. Also, if you arrive by car, you should know that the hotel does not have parking spots available in front. The staff directed us to a hotel on a nearby street, where we left the car and the key at the reception, and it was moved according to available spots. However, I want to mention that we retrieved the car exactly in the same condition we left it, without any issues.
