Some of the furniture is already broken, and everyone knowing the room key code makes me feel unsafe

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They arranged a taxi transfer to the airport for me, carried my suitcases up to the second floor when I arrived, and helped bring them back down during check-out.
The service was excellent, the location was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.
