Very serious, the fridge broke on the second day and within 2 hours they came with a new one. Very kind and helpful. Thank you.

Beautiful location and access to transport, markets.
The staff is attentive, helped to carry luggage to the 4th floor. There is no elevator. Thank you for constantly replenishing the room with water.
There is construction nearby causing noise, but it is not the hotel's fault. I think it's a temporary inconvenience. One of the three days was without internet, which caused significant issues.
