Running toilet in both of two rooms we got :(

Breakfast was okay, the location was great, everything was within reach. Price was okay.
Uncleaned room with hair in the shower and no toilet paper. We had to ask three times until the toilet paper was brought. On the third request, the staff reacted friendly, but somewhat annoyed.
At first, I gave a mediocre rating, which led to the staff stalking me on WhatsApp and begging for a better review with various messages. This is absolutely unprofessional and annoying!

- my mother stayed there recently and had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent, and a special thanks to the courteous young man who assisted her with her luggage to the bus station at 3 am 💜
