The hotel has an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, making it an ideal base for exploring the historic heart of Istanbul. The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to assist with a warm and professional attitude. The rooms are remarkably quiet and peaceful, despite the hotel being surrounded by restaurants and lively streets.
The room was rather small. The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment, as certain details in the room and bathroom could be updated and better maintained. The sweet breakfast selection could also receive more attention: pastries such as croissants and chocolate-filled pastries are served later, while the quality of the hot beverages could be improved. These are relatively minor points, but addressing them would make the overall experience even more enjoyable.

The service is simply very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh. The location is TOP. Many cafes and restaurants in the area. You are 5 minutes away from the center.
