We arrived in the night, the establishment was closed, no one at the reception. We managed to contact someone who came over. This person informed us that the room we had booked for 3 nights was not available as it had been a victim of flooding last week. We were not informed in advance. The receptionist placed us in another hotel (a friend of his) nearby. No compensation from the establishment, we had to pay for the other room ourselves which was not clean (sheets not changed, trash not emptied and the presence of a cockroach...)
