The hotel is calm and the staff are cooperative, especially the employee Noor who was welcoming and provided service professionally. The hotel is worth experiencing.

I had a wonderful stay at The And Hotel Sultanahmet. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and many other major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the historic center of Istanbul.
What impressed me the most was the hotel's kindness and flexibility. I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, and the staff generously allowed me to check in early at no extra charge. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I would be happy to stay here again.
