AlekseyThe room itself does not bother, but the renovation is needed.
Convenient location. Istiklal is nearby, but not directly accessible. There are plenty of bars and cafes to enjoy in the vicinity. Friendly staff who react well and help promptly to requests.
Different colored light bulbs in the room strain the eyes in the evenings. The TV did not connect to WiFi for some reason, but it was not an issue. The bathroom is not great, specifically the main problem is with the shower leak at the base.

Everything. It's not supposed to be open, this hotel is dirty everywhere and everything. Cockroaches in the rooms.
