A gem in Istanbul!

I would like to leave a very positive review about this hotel.

Right after booking, I received an extremely attractive offer for the transfer to and from the airport from the hotel owner, which we gladly accepted. A large and comfortable van was provided to take us to the hotel. Although check-in is actually only possible in the afternoon, the host kindly accommodated us, so we could check in to our room at 11 am. Since our return flight was not until late in the evening, we were also allowed to stay in the room longer - a wonderful sign of true hospitality!

The room was clean, free of unpleasant odors, and equipped with high-quality bedding and good towels. The kitchenette was excellently equipped: stove, fridge, kettle, and TV worked perfectly. Although we did not use the air conditioning, it was certainly in excellent condition as well. The kitchen had everything needed - even more than expected. The bathroom was pleasantly spacious, with strong water pressure and a perfectly functioning shower and drainage system. The room was always kept clean, and bedding and towels were changed every two to three days. We deliberately chose a room with a balcony to be able to observe the city life. The balcony is small but very cozy and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed our tea time there.

The hotel is located in the historic part of the city, so all sights are within easy walking distance. You can simply take a stroll and soon find yourself at the Hippodrome with its impressive ancient monuments like the Egyptian Obelisk or the ancient Greek gift from Delphi. A bit further, you see the German Fountain, and right next to it rises the majestic famous Sultan Ahmed Mosque. Just a few steps further is the even older Hagia Sophia.
